Cancellation policy or modifications:

- Free cancellation or modifications 30 days before your confirmed date of arrival.

- For any cancellations from 30 days up to 15 days before your confirmed date of arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total amount

- For any cancellations up to 15 days before your confirmed date of arrival, you will be charged the full amount

- Should you leave earlier than the confirmed departure date for any reason, you will still be charged the full amount.

- If you fail to show on the confirmed arrival date, or arrive after 10:00pm without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount.

- We would recommend you take out travel insurance for any trip

- Breakfast is included, and all prices quoted include VAT.

- Check in is open from 2:00pm until 12:00am (check different times)

- Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival at the hotel.

- You must check out before 12:00pm

- Your reservation will be confirmed when you receive the booking confirmation via email

- Once your reservation is confirmed, your payment card will be billed for 50% of the total stay.  Please note we don’t accept bank transfers.

- The remainder of your balance must be paid in cash only when you check out.

- Our rates for children under 2 years old are 10€ per night for each child including a cot

- As the hotel is in a rural location with no local bus service operating nearby, we would advise  you arrive by hire car

- In respect of our other guests, we do not allow any pets
